Healing Services

I offer the following modalities in combination with each other, depending on what you desire for your session.

A person lying on a patterned rug on the floor with their eyes closed, appears to be practicing relaxation or meditation. They are surrounded by yoga props like a foam roller, blue exercise balls, and a meditation cushion. A window with curtains lets in natural light, and a shelf with plants and framed pictures decorates the wall.

We are spiritual beings in physical bodies.
I believe everyone has access to their spiritual growth by working with their body.

Human birth is a rare and precious opportunity. We are given the body to work out emotional scars and spiritual challenges from this life and past lives.

I believe that spiritual evolution comes through reincarnation. We are here to heal the body and to evolve in all lifetimes. Releasing blockages in the physical form extends emotional and spiritual horizons in all lifetimes.

By clearing our physical form, we clear the mind. When we are able to clear space for greater healing for ourselves, we can then do so for each other and the planet. I want to live in a world where everyone knows this and embraces our Soul-led potential and Divine birthrights.

I am a healer who works with the physical form. My role is to facilitate peace in the body.

I want nothing more than to shine light on the inherent goodness and Divine potential of all living beings through my bodywork practice. My direct life experiences and ongoing commitment to spiritual growth have contributed to what I am today: a healer with my own deep, exploratory bodywork practice.

I am inspired by clients who gain awareness during their work with me and manifest a desire to continue an exploratory bodywork practice on their own. I continue to be lit up by those who discover what they are capable of, embrace it, and empower themselves beyond.
